Le syst\u00e8me d’\u00e9pandage de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Koller Farmtechnik \u00e9pand r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement et automatiquement le fumier \u00e0 l’aide d’un tuyau, ce qui permet en m\u00eame temps de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de fumier.<\/p>

Ce qui est utilis\u00e9 depuis 35 ans dans les porcheries et les poulaillers pour l’alimentation s\u00e8che fait d\u00e9sormais son entr\u00e9e dans les \u00e9tables, mais sous une forme l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rente : il s’agit du \u00ab Strohliner \u00bb. Ce syst\u00e8me de paillage enti\u00e8rement automatique permet d’acheminer des granul\u00e9s de paille ou de la paille hach\u00e9e d’une longueur maximale de 8 cm directement dans les logettes via un convoyeur \u00e0 cha\u00eene.<\/p>

Diffusion variable selon les cantons<\/strong><\/p>

Selon Urban Koller, ce syst\u00e8me est r\u00e9pandu dans certains cantons qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 automatis\u00e9 d’autres domaines dans les \u00e9tables, tandis que dans d’autres, cette technologie n’est pas encore \u00e9tablie. Il est installateur et administrateur chez Koller Farmtechnik AG, dont le si\u00e8ge se trouve \u00e0 D\u00fcdingen, dans le canton de Fribourg.<\/p>

Pour M. Koller, le principal avantage pour les \u00e9leveurs r\u00e9side avant tout dans le gain de temps lors de la mise en place de la liti\u00e8re. De plus, la formation de poussi\u00e8re est consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duite. La quantit\u00e9 de fumier est \u00e9galement minimis\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la liti\u00e8re finement broy\u00e9e, car le syst\u00e8me de liti\u00e8re enti\u00e8rement automatique \u00e9pand plus r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, mais en plus petite quantit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la petite taille des structures, il y a \u00e9galement moins de probl\u00e8mes dans le syst\u00e8me de lisier ou avec le robot \u00e0 fumier, explique l’installateur. Entra\u00een\u00e9 par un petit moteur de 1,1 kW, le syst\u00e8me peut transporter des mat\u00e9riaux sur une longueur de 250 m\u00e8tres.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Un tuyau pour deux logettes<\/strong><\/p>

Il est pr\u00e9vu de stocker les granul\u00e9s de paille dans un silo en tissu ou en sac \u00e0 l’int\u00e9rieur de l’\u00e9table. La taille peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e en fonction de l’espace disponible. L’installation est ensuite reli\u00e9e aux dispositifs de dosage et de transport appropri\u00e9s. Selon Urban Koller, il est \u00e9galement possible d’utiliser des silos verticaux \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re pour le stockage, dans lesquels les granul\u00e9s sont souffl\u00e9s. Si l’utilisateur ou l’utilisatrice choisit de la paille hach\u00e9e comme liti\u00e8re, celle-ci est plac\u00e9e directement sous forme de balles carr\u00e9es enti\u00e8res dans le broyeur de fourrage grossier, qui d\u00e9chire ensuite les balles et les introduit dans le tube.<\/p>

Un tube pour deux logettes est pr\u00e9vu pour la distribution de la paille hach\u00e9e. Le r\u00e9servoir peut ainsi \u00eatre r\u00e9parti dans les logettes correspondantes. Dans les anciennes \u00e9tables o\u00f9 l’espace est limit\u00e9, il est possible d’installer un tuyau flexible stable \u00e0 la place d’un tuyau fixe. Cela permet \u00e0 la vache de pousser le tuyau sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 si elle a besoin d’espace.
